VW T5 Camper Van Hire
Let us introduce our hire campers
We have a stock of three VW T6 campers. They all have an elevating roof with a double childrens bed in it to go with the Rock and Roll bed, so can sleep up to 4. With 3 seats accross the front and 2 in the rear, they can transport 5 (driver and 4 passengers). There is a twin burner hob with sink and a 50 litre fridge. Also, a powerful Webasto cabin heater will keep you warm all night.
Our campers are fitted with all that you need for a wonderful trip or holiday. They are modern and reliable as we don't believe that holidays should be spent on the hard shoulder. They all have a powerful Webasto heater installed to keep you snuggly warm on colder nights.
Your van will be have a full gas bottle along with a "hob kettle" and plates & cutlery for four people. There will be a small picnic table and four foldable chairs. It will also have a mains hook up power cable. You will need bedding and food items etc.
The camper will have a full tank of fuel which you must replace prior to return and will be fully valeted and supplied to your requirements. We will inspect and video the vehicle both before and after the hire and any damage other than minor stone chips will be charged for. This includes tyre and MOT failure standard windscreen damage, which are your responsibility.
We are happy for you to hire for any period from just a single day right through to any period that suits you.
Each camper has breakdown cover in place and you will have our number to call 24hrs a day if you need help.
Additonal items that you can hire at a one off charge per booking are Sat nav at £10.00 -Twin bike carrier at £60.00
Pets are very welcome in our campers at no charge at all but any damage caused will be charged.

A non refundable booking fee of £35.00 applies to all bookings in addition to any other charges.
A booking deposit of £300.00 is required regardless of the hire period and this will be held until 7 days after the end of the hire period subject to the van being in good order upon its return.
Our weekly winter rates (from October to April) are £395.00 and the summer rates (from May to September) are £495.00 except for July and August, where the rate is £595.00
Weekend only, midweek only and daily rental charges are fine with us and charged at £75.00 and £85.00 and £95.00 per day respectively according to the season.
Insurance for one driver is £9.00 per day and a second driver can be added for £6.00 per day. This includes a £750 insurance excess damage waiver. Drivers cannot be added on the day of hire.
European hire is no problem but we charge £10.00 per day extra to cover green card & European break down etc.

Most holidays would barely be affected by this.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other oral undertakings, warranties or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
The campers that we hire out are the latest VW Transporter models and are very reliable. As with any vehicle though, there is always the possibility that mechanical breakdown or an accident could occur at any time, including either during or immediately before a hire period. Sterlingauto does not assume any responsibility for any losses as a result of this occuring and we very strongly recommend that the hirer takes out their own holiday insurance to cover themselves in the unlikely event that a hire has to be cancelled at short notice for any reason or should an issue arise during their own hire period.
