STERLING Automotive Have been involved in restoration and maintenance of classic cars since the early 1980's and can carry out most jobs from simple welding repairs or suspension and electrical upgrades through to complete nut and bolt, bare metal full restorations to exemplary standards. Over the last 25 years, we have built a number of cars for the show circuits.

Whether you wish to create a concours d'elegance winner, or are just looking to get your daily runner through the next MOT, we have the facilities and the expertise to help.

We have traditionally specialised in air cooled Porsches and Volkswagens but we don't restrict ourselves these cars. We are often asked to work on other makes from Mini and Morris Minor to Jaguar and Ferrari. We will accept commissions for most types of work on any marques from the 1940's through to the 1970's.

If you are restoring yourself but have one small element of the build that you require support with, we would also be pleased to assist.

Our rates are very competitive indeed and we are always careful to keep customers involved at all stages of work. We never carry out unecessary work and maintain a full photographic history where appropriate. A collection and delivery service is available on our own transporter.
